How It Works
The Forté Profile Model Report bases its analysis off of Forté Profile Surveys taken by preferably three top performers or role experts who are knowledgeable on the position for which the team manager would like to hire.
By putting together a model for the position, hiring managers can match potential candidates to the job based on their strengths and communication styles, and therefore make the entire process more accurate and effective. Short-listed candidates can then complete a Forté Communication Style Survey and provide the hiring manager a comparative report of each potential employee’s patterns with the ideal standards set by the initial Forté Profile Surveys.
