The Forté Communication Style Profile Report
A high‐impact, highly accurate communication style profile, used globally for over 40 years for personal development at all levels and sizes of organizations. It is the first step in effective individual and team communication. It shares the “who” you are, how you are currently adapting and how you are “most likely” coming across to others in the most recent thirty days and measures current logic, stamina and goals.
Forté® is not a once‐then‐done personality profile. Forté® provides 38 profile patterns, MBTI®1 and DiSC®2 offer only 16.

How does it work?
Data is formed through graphs using key parameters such as pace, system and detail focus, decision-making style, and people focus to identify three different communication areas.
The first is a person’s primary communication style (Fig:1 – who you are), the second, a person’s adapting to their workplace style (Fig:2 – how you are adapting) and finally, by combining these findings, how likely the communication style of that individual is being perceived by others in the workplace (Fig:3 – how you are most likely perceived).
Using these findings, it increases a person’s self awareness and provides strategies for better communication.
