From your online Forté administration site you select your Top Performers, and with a click the Forté analytics aggregate the styles and produce Top Performer reports for both a coach and the person to be coached. Specific coaching recommendations are offered. And, if you want to customize the coaching recommendations to your culture or organization – by job position – Forté can do that for you, as well.

The Forté technology can automatically update the report as often as every 30-days and provides trending graphics used in the ongoing coaching and development of the individual and/or team.
